We do make every effort to ensure that all information on our web site is complete and accurate. We may make substitutions using items of comparable or greater value if an item is not available.
Orders under $100.00 must be paid in full before processing. We require a deposit of 50% for all orders over $100.00. Orders will be processed for shipping or delivery once paid in full. If there are any questions concerning a gift you are interested in or if you wish to have a gift customized please contact us.

Marie's Giftique values the privacy of our customers. Marie's Giftique does not share any information collected on mariesgiftique.com with third parties. We request contact information (such as name and email address) on our contact us page. We use this information to contact our customers in order to answer any questions about services that he/she has expressed interest in.
During the checkout process we also request the customers desired shipping address and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is only used for billing purposes and to process our customers orders. Customers also have the option to use PayPal. If we have trouble processing an order, the information provided will be used to contact the customer.
